Okay, the haggis part is gross... but now that I look at what goes into a "traditional" Scotch egg... I sort of would like to demolish about four of them.
Yeah...I would not have recognized this filling as haggis unless it had been labeled as such. It would still be an Extreme Cholesterol Fest though, that's for sure...

My only experience with haggis was at Trigony House, and it was delightful. For real.
